SHOCKING?! Yes - and it's getting worse! So what is the solution?
The Black People's Day of Action on Friday 2nd March, 2012 will be focussed on agreeing a national programme of action to empower our people to identify and implement solutions.
To this end, it will seek to establish a National Afrikan People's Parliament and to launch a People's Inquest into these maladies which are destroying our young people and communities.
